Call of Duty 3 - Xbox Live Connection Problems

I loved COD2 last year, so when COD3 was released a couple of weeks back, I was happier than R.Kelly at recess. I duly ran through a couple of missions - just to get back in the flow - check out the graphics and test out the vehicles. Then I went online to open up some wup-ass.
